Does Graymoor Lane really offer free gift-wrapping, free shipping AND free returns?

Yes!!! We will gift-wrap your order at no charge. Free shipping and free returns apply to US orders only. Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated accordingly.

What materials are used in Graymoor Lane Designs?
We use 14K gold in yellow, rose and white. Our white gold is rhodium plated. We use only natural colored gemstones. The diamond quality used is GH SI12 and all are certified conflict free.

Will GLn gift wrap my order?

Yes! Please send us an email to inquiry@graymoorlanedesigns.com with your order number and any message you would like included with the gift.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Graymoor Lane Designs accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Does Graymoor Lane charge sales tax?
Sales tax is currently applied to the majority of shipping addresses within the United States. Individual rates will be reflected during the order checkout process. 

Does Graymoor Lane process special orders?
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer special order requests.

What if my purchase was delivered with a manufacturer’s defect?

What is GLn Warranty Policy?
GLn’s warrantees all of its jewelry products for one-year with valid sales receipt.

For items with manufacturers’ defects, the item in question must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date with valid sales receipt.  See below to learn more about Manufacturers Defects.

Manufacturing defects:

Jewelry returned within 30 days of the purchase date due to possible manufacturing defect will either be replaced or repaired by GLn.   After 30 days from the purchase date, the jewelry will be repaired. This warranty is void if the jewelry has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service or other factors not due to defects in material or workmanship. All jewelry sent in under warranty must include a sales receipt.
