Graymoor Lane Designs Online Return & Exchange Policy
- Graymoor Lane Designs (GLn) accepts returns and exchanges on new, unworn and undamaged merchandise within 30 days of shipment date. During holiday season, this is extended for returns to be accepted through January 12th, 2018.
- Items must be in original unworn condition and returned in complete original packaging.
- Refunds and exchanges are subject to GLn review and approval.
- When returning merchandise to GLn, shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. If the item is defective, the customer will be credited for shipping costs.
- If customer provides their own shipping label, GLn accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise and the customer shall forfeit all rights to any dispute.
- Refunds will be made in the form of original payment or store credit.
- After return is processed, a credit will be issued for the merchandise amount only. Please allow 10-15 business days for the refund to post to your account.
Step 1. Request a Return
- Customer should notify GLn of desire to return an item.
- GLn will send a link to the Return Portal within 2 business days of request.
Step 2. Ship Return to GLn
- Ship package using provided shipping label.
Step 3. Credit Issued by GLn
- Applicable credit will be issued within 10-15 business days of receipt of the package.
